Lodha Developers Ltd., who are developing the world’s tallest residential building – World One, in Mumbai, have awarded the contract for civil construction of the building to a joint venture formed by Middle East based construction giant, ACC (Arabian Construction Company) and Indian Infrastructure major, Simplex Infrastructures Ltd.

ACC has constructed some of the tallest buildings in the world, including: Princess Tower, Dubai (100 floors), Etihad Towers, Abu Dubai (74 floors) and Pentominium, Dubai (100+ floors). ACC has offices in 7 countries across the Middle East and its revenue was in excess of USD 1.5 billion in 2009.
